Recruitment Support and Competency Based Interviews

We offer a range of relevant services.  We can simply advise you and design bespoke competency questions specifically related to your own defined criteria.  Or if you wish, we can take on the whole process for you.

A typical example of our engagements in this area would be a client who is the UK arm of a multinational computer hardware company.  The client asked us to perform pre-vetting of potential senior Sales Executives.  We did this in a series of informal dinners, where we assessed the ability of the Executives to interact in both a business and social context.  Our report to our client advised on the most knowledgeable and suitable Executives that would be the best fit for the specific roles identified.
